PROCESSING TIMES

  • In stock: In-stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from date of order.
  • Back-order: Back-stock orders will be shipped at a later date and this date will be noted on the product page and on your order confirmation email.
  • Pre-order: Pre-order items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after the launch day.

Orders placed during a sale, holiday season, or if your order is international, processing time can take up to 5 business days.

International shipping 

  • For international orders, the shipments typically arrive within 15 business days. Please allow some flexibility with the transit time.
  • When ordering from another country, your package may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or fees upon delivery based on your nation's customs regulations. Unfortunately, we cannot predict these charges in advance. Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees must be paid directly to the shipping carrier when your package arrives.
  • If a package is refused or returned to us due to non-payment, you will be responsible for a 50% restocking fee plus the costs of shipping both ways.Once your package reaches your country's customs, the clearance timeline is outside of our control.
  • Customs processes can sometimes experience delays.We strive to make international shipping convenient, but kindly understand that you are responsible for reviewing and following your local customs policies before placing an order from abroad. Don't hesitate to check the regulations for smooth delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Cera sine Cera is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, if a package is lost in transit by the carrier, we will make every effort to assist you in locating it. Please reach out to info@cerasinecera.com, and we will work together with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Can I update my address once the order is placed?

  • Feel free to reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change.
  • If the order is dispatched, we suggest you contact the courier directly as we are unable to guarantee successful delivery and are not liable for any lost packages.

Return policy and Order Cancellation

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • At Cera Sine Cera, we craft each product with great care and attention to detail. Due to the personal nature of our fragrances, we do not accept returns/exchanges or issue refunds. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before completing your order.
  • For first-time customers, we highly recommend exploring our Cera kit, which includes all four of our signature scents. This allows you to experience our fragrances before committing to a full-size product. As an added courtesy, the kit includes a $10 discount code for your next purchase.

Damaged Products

  • At Cerasinecera, we're committed to delivering flawless fragrances. In the rare case of damage or defects, please notify us within one week of delivery at  info@cerasinecera.com with your name, order number, images, and a brief description. While we cannot offer refunds, we'll gladly replace the item or provide store credit to ensure your satisfaction. Your enjoyment of our products is our top priority, and we'll work closely with you to make it right.Order Cancellations
