Our Story
Most perfumes live on shelves, not on skin—beautiful, but too strong, too loud, too inconvenient for real life. CERA SINE CERA began with a different idea: that fragrance should feel close, not broadcast; personal, not performative; something that becomes yours — a one-of-a-kind scent shaped by your skin and your moments.
Founder Eva Zhang wanted a scent that fit real New York life—subway rides, office elevators, gym bags, late drinks, quiet walks home. A fragrance you could slip into a pocket, tap onto the wrist, and let warm on your skin as the day unfolds.
So she reimagined fine fragrance as perfume oils—strong on the skin, soft in the air. No alcohol burn, no heavy cloud, just a soft, lasting signature made for closeness, not for the whole room.
Our name comes from the Latin phrase ‘sine cera’—‘without wax’: a promise of honesty and intention, and a signature that becomes uniquely yours.
CERA SINE CERA creates fragrances meant to be worn, not displayed. Not occasional—everyday.
